La regidora ciudadana Candelaria Ochoa denunció que las obras realizadas en Chapultepec estuvieron mal hechas ya que carecen de muchos elementos como paradas de autobuses, falta de mobiliario urbano y cableado fuera de su lugar. Ochoa puntualizó algunas de las fallas de las obras, así como elementos inacabados: tubos que no han sido debidamente colocados, esquinas mal construidas, banquetas con hoyos o baches.
