El pasado 22 de septiembre se celebró el primer “Día Estatal sin Automóvil” en Jalisco. Esta propuesta, fue aprobada por el Congreso del Estado luego de casi un año de que la diputada Verónica Delgadillo y el diputado Salvador Zamora, la presentaron ante el pleno. Con la aprobación de la iniciativa no sólo se espera la celebración de un día, sino frenar el uso del automóvil y crear un cambio permanente que beneficie a peatones y ciclistas por medio de la toma de conciencia y la educación vial.
