El Ayuntamiento comenzó la rehabilitación del tramo Palmares de la carretera a Mismaloya, una de las vías más concurridas y que presentaba algunos tramos en mal estado. Además, abrió a la circulación la calle Ecuador, la cual cuenta con una señalización y balizado nuevo.
